Company's Terms & Conditions:

• All fees paid to the institute/franchise are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Any paid amount by the student/franchise shall be adjusted in the first installment. However, the transfer or refund of money to any associates is not possible. All such amounts shall be deemed to favor the organization.
• Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited within the institute/franchise. Any violation may lead to expulsion.
• Students/members/franchise holders must comply with the time, rules, and other processes as instructed.
• Students are required to carry their identity cards daily. Entry without an identity card is prohibited.
• The admission to the institute is a subject of the final decision of the administration.
• The institute/franchise reserves the right to cancel any admission at any time without assigning any reason, and the decision of the administration shall be final in all respects.
• Students should maintain discipline and are expected to keep the classroom, campus, and hostel premises clean.
• The institute/franchise reserves the right to modify the fees structure, curriculum, and regulations as and when required without prior notice.
• Students should submit their photo ID, address proof, and any other required documents at the time of admission.
• The institute reserves the right to cancel any admission if any of the provided documents are found to be false or forged.
• The institute is not responsible for any personal belongings lost within the premises.
• The decision of the institute/franchise regarding disciplinary actions will be final and binding on all students/members/franchise holders.
• All legal disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
• The use of mobile phones within the classroom is strictly prohibited.
• Chewing gum, spitting, and littering are prohibited in the institute/franchise premises.
• Any act of indiscipline may result in suspension or termination from the institute/franchise without any prior notice.
• Students/members/franchise holders must appear for the examination at the scheduled time; no exceptions will be made.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of the authority shall be final.
• All disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.

Franchise Terms & Conditions:

• All the terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement will be accepted by the franchise holder. It cannot be denied in any situation.
• The franchise fee once paid is non-refundable in any situation, whatsoever the franchise deal will be non-refundable.
• If a franchise holder does not comply with the rules and regulations of the institute, the franchise can be terminated immediately.
• The franchisee is expected to uphold the image and reputation of the institute at all times.
• Any deviation from the set standards may result in immediate termination of the franchise agreement.
• The institute/franchise has the power to terminate any person on the very first instance of any violation of the agreement.
• Franchisees are responsible for maintaining the institute’s policies, standards, and regulations at all times.
• If a franchise holder or student does not follow the rules, they can be debarred from the institute/franchise without any refund.
• The institute reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations of the franchise agreement at any time.
• The franchise holder shall bear the cost of any promotional material required for the franchise.
• In case of a dispute, the decision of the institute/franchise will be final and binding.
• All disputes will be settled under Jaipur jurisdiction only.
• The institute/franchise reserves the right to inspect the franchise premises without prior notice.
• Franchise holders should report to the head office in Jaipur once every month for review meetings.
• If you wish to leave the franchise, you have to give the application in writing before one month in the registered office, then it will be valid.

Membership/Course/Agent Terms & Conditions:

• In the admission of a course/membership, you can choose to quit but the franchise fee and the amount paid will not be refunded.
• The amount to be written on a receipt or form will be the amount considered for the membership or the admission fee of ₹900/- along with the outstanding due.
• Admission, fee, registration, or a document in any other form can be obtained only after the fee receipt is signed by the authorized person at the head office in Jaipur.
• As soon as the fee is paid, the final receipt will be issued after 7 days.
• Members, if desired, can opt for another franchise or course. This can be written into the agreement as per the rules and relevant documents of the holder of the receipt and the registration form submitted by the applicant for payment. In this regard, no refund is made.
• A member is bound to show a government-authorized ID proof to join as a member. This corresponding mark is the various grades and is understood.
• Discounts will be given on the membership fee in the following ways:
  • A+ 85% and above.
  • A 75% to 84%.
  • B+ 60% to 74%:
  • B 50% to 59%:
  • C 40% to 49%:
• All the lesson of this institute is strictly under Copyright Act. Therefore, no lesson or part may be published, copied, filmed, or reproduced by any mechanical, photo state, photocopying, recording, or any other means without the written permission of the principal director of the institute.
• The final receipt of any material and all will be automatically submitted to the head office.

Employee Terms & Conditions:

• Always keep the identity card pinned to the pocket.
• Always show identification and give a photo copy of their documents before joining.
• All employees are expected to maintain punctuality.
• Employees must not be involved in any form of theft or dishonesty.
• Employees should be in proper office attire and maintain professional behavior.
• Strict action will be taken against anyone found violating the company policies.
• Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during office hours.
• Leave applications should be submitted at least a day in advance and approved by the reporting manager.
• All employees must maintain the confidentiality of company information and not disclose it to any third party.
• If you are found in a state of intoxication, theft, or disclosing company secrets, you will be terminated immediately.
• The management has the right to terminate your employment without prior notice in case of any misconduct.
